Title: Human Resources Generalist/Senior Human Resources Generalist
Location: MD, Gaithersburg - Corporate Headquarters
Req: 02126
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the planning and implementatin of HR strategies, programs and initiatives to enable the achievement of business clients' short and long-term business objectives in a fast pased and growing organization
* Provides advice and consultation to management on HR issues, processes, policies and problem resolution
* Works with management and recruiting partners to ensure that employment and sourcing systems are implemented which meet the high demands of a rapidly growing organization
* Provides compensation support including, compensation administration during annual merit process and salary analysis for new hires, promotions and adjustments
* Educates and supports management and employees in the successful implementation of MedImmune's performance management policies and programs
* Investigates and resolves routine employee relations issues
* Supports the development of the annual HR strategic plan for client groups, including approaches for delivering corporate HR Operations & Development programs to clients

Educational Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: BS/BA in Human Resources or related field. Masters degree a plus.
Experience: 4 years with a BS/BA or 2 years with a masters. Experience as an HR generalist with a strong background in the core HR functions
